“There are few women in orthopaedics, and even fewer in arthroplasty. I am so blessed to join a sisterhood of female orthopaedic surgeons in a field where we are a rare breed. It’s been incredible operating alongside these fabulous women and changing the lives of patients with an amazing team. I look forward too many more medical mission trips with WOGO!” said Dr. Antonia Chen.
Dr. Chen joins founding WOGO surgeons Dr. Robyn Hakanson, Dr. Rinelda Horton, Dr. Amanda Marshall-Rodriguez, Dr. Mychelle Shegog and Dr. Audrey Tsao along with Dr. Kathleen Hogan who joined the team in 2014 following the team’s Tanzania Medical Mission.
