Application is open to Medical Students, Orthopaedic Residents and/or Fellows wishing to participate in our upcoming medical mission to Cuba in April 2018. Please download and complete the application and return to WOGO via US Mail following the instructions on the form. Completed applications are due to WOGO by December 1, 2017. The selection will be announced on or about January 1, 2018.
