Dr. Amanda Marshall-Rodriguez is a fellowship-trained joint reconstruction specialist in San Antonio, Texas, practicing at TruOrtho, the country’s first all-female orthopaedic subspecialty practice. Before founding TruOrtho, she spent eight years in academic practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where she was active in resident and medical student education. She continues orthopaedic research through her stem-cell company, TruCells, and enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and outdoor activities with her husband and four adult children.
