Dr. Audrey Tsao completed her adult reconstruction fellowship at Johns Hopkins University and joined the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she rose to Full Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. She moved to Arizona for private practice in 2006 and later joined Kaiser Permanente Mid‑Atlantic Medical Group in Maryland in 2013, retiring in August 2025. Dr. Tsao continues to contribute to orthopedics through collaborative research, teaching, and professional service, including as associate editor of the Journal of Arthroplasty, board member of OpWalk, and participant in the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Outside of medicine, she treasures time with her family, cares for her 103‑year‑old father, and enjoys home renovation and cooking.
